I am looking for someone that wants to buy my practice. I had it independently valued at $675,000. I have about 3,000 sq. feet and 5 treatment rooms. I am also a part owner in the building the clinic is in. If someone also wants to buy the building, we would consider that as well. Estimated value is $525,000 and is fully rented with positive cash flow.
I see an average of 17-22 people per day Monday through Friday. I also have a few other practitioners doing foot reflexology, massage etc. for me. They bring in an additional 20- 30 patients per week. I will stay on for a few months to make sure things transition easily.
I have all accounting and banking set up as well as a full time receptionist. My bank also said they would work with someone to finance the purchase.
